Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order from My Orders until it is packed. Once packed, contact us and we will help where possible.
Returns
Fresh produce, dairy and bakery items can be returned at the doorstep if they are damaged or not fresh. Packaged products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they are damaged, expired or incorrect, in their original unopened condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit.
